LS6 Intake on 5.3L

Guys,

I have a question, I am thinking about putting a LS6 intake on my 2001 silverado with a 5.3L engine. What are the pro's and con's on this move. Does anyone have any comments good or bad on this issue.

Waste of money IMO. The truck intake will be better for low end. To get the benifit (if any) from the LS6, you would need to rev higher than our limit of 6200 with an HPPIII and w/o Ls1 Edit.
