Default LS6 Heads

Can they fit a 5.3L and if so how much hp and tq would they add over stock. Also how much power would a LS6 cam add with the heads.
Also also where could i find some cheap LS6 heads and/or cam.

Unless you're planning to go forced-induction, those heads are gonna lower your compression...and your ability to make power. If you're staying NA, get some decent 5.3 heads instead. Check with Richard @ WCCH; they're a sponsor and provide performance heads at a decent price.

The 6.0 heads lower compression. The ls6 heads will raise compression.

with those heads the valves will be very close to the sidewall of your bore since its only 3.77 compared to the 5.7 of 3.90, and will make you loose compression as mentioned above.

I though the 5.3HO used LS6 heads to help it make the 15 extra hp?
