Default LS2 parts swap and differences

what would be the major differences from the LS2 to the LQ9?? would any parts from the LS2 be able to be swaped onto a LS1 based engine for performance gains?

From reading the latest Hot Rod mag's, sensor location is different for CPS, and the knock sensor, as well as ALL of the Gen IV motor's should have the 90 MM throttle body with ETC. And some other minor changes, but for performance? I do not see any BIG changes right now between Gen III or GenIV though, at least from what I have read.
