Default ls2 intake w/whipple

I got a question for you guys, I have a 2005 Denali SUV coming and was thinking using the whipple without the tune/electronics and using injectors and air to air. My question is, will the LS2 intake be an easier or better choice with the 90mm tb? Since the LS2 uses the shorter style injectors (I think), would I just use the 42lb injectors and not have to change anything else?

I haven't counted the Radix or the STS out by any means, but the truck will be here in another 3 weeks and I want to decide.....thanks for any help.

The LS2 intake actually chokes down to like 78mm right after the TB inlet. Ill try to find that picture of what im talking about. Its posted on this board somewhere. Keep ahold of the truck intake.

The reason for swapping the intakes was to allow for the air to air intercooler. I thought the LS2 was based on the LS6 with a bigger opening and the use of the shorter injectors.....maybe I would be better off looking for an LS6????

From the results I have seen, the LS6 would be better.

You would also have a problem with the TB as the mounts are different on the LS2 model.
Radix is an intake replacer, the Whipple is side mounted.
