Default LS2 Colorado?

Some guy (name withheld) was telling me that Chevy may offer a Colorado SS type of midsize truck using the LS2. How true this is, well? Then again, the person that told me this smokes a lot of pot, and still convinced that the V10 Neon will hit the showrooms anyday now.

All I can say is that it would make for a killer truck from the factory. Midsize weight with LS2 power should churn out an easy 12 second truck. Hell I'd buy one for my wife today if they made one.

I don't quite seeing GM doing that, that thing would be insanly fast. Although if they did, I'm sure they would sell a bunch of them.

I was at the dealer the other day and received a 05 colorado brochure. The only thing sporty there advertising now is the extreme package. It looks awesome. Same engine, just ground affects, diferrant fogs and z06 stly 18's.

I have yet to find a picture on the net but haven't really looked yet.

I know there talking about the TrailerBlazer SS with the new aluminun 5.3 in Truck Trend this month.

Yeah, I believe the Trailblazer SS will be out as an '06 or possibly a late '05 model. The pictures I have seen look cool. They are using a Buick Rainer body with the TB front end. Can't wait till they hit the showrooms!
