i was thinking of buying the ls1edit, but before i spend the money i had a question. it seems most people are mainly buying the ls1edit for deleting TQM (torque managment). What exactly is deleting TQM and how will it benefit me? thanks

The computer pulls timing between shifts to save the transmission.
It is well worth the money if you intend to really modify your truck. It does everything a hypertech or microtuner can do plus it gives you much more control over those items.

LS1 Edit can do all that HPP and diablo can do, but it doesn't do it automatically and it doesn't tell you how to do it. It is merely a tool to accomplish the task, but you need to know how to use the tool and what adjustments to make.
Any other sources, beside this site, for LS1 Edit information and guidance?

Well Oahu & Maui are good places to start. Definitely the closest we have to big cities. If you want undeveloped, quiet country relaxation, try Kauai. The Big Island has the Volcano and lava flows to look at. If you golf, Hawaii is heaven. Endless number of golf courses in all price ranges on all island. ENJOY

How much does LS1 edit cost, and would it be worth doing to a 02 Z71 with a HPP3, full exhaust and intake. I will be installing the vette servo when I get off work, just got it in today. There are many more mods to come, but I just got the truck so I have not got the chance.
