Default LS1 Swap... with or without accessories?

I'm planning on doing an LS1 swap. I thought about using the wiring harness and accessories from my truck, but what if I used the LS1 with wiring harness and all accessories? What would be involved in that swap as far as little kinks that would have to be worked out? (wiring, connections to gauges, PCM, etc.)

just use your truck wiring..will hook up to everything..only thing you need to mess with is extending your alternator wires..thats it..

My swap was just plug and play. I didn't have to extend any wires or anything. Everything was perfect. We had mine out and in within 5 hours. Good luck on the install.
