I think Yelo meant if you were going to use an LS1 intake manifold but retain the truck accessories. No harm, just miscommunication

Yeah, Go into Transmission Calibration; then A4 Shift Firmness, and click the "Shift less funny" box!

Yep.....that's exactly what I was refering to. Did you use the truck manifold with the LS1??, and how does it perform up high (above 6000rpm)??
