Default ls1 swap

i just bought an ls1 to swap into my 4.3 silverado. it is just a longblock(water pump, intake, fuel rails, injectors, internals). what would i need to get this up and running? also, would my 4l60e hook up to this and hold or will i need a new tranny?

you need the v8 pcm, iirc.
Get the truck pan, truck intake (more torque), truck CAI, tune, and a different bellhousing on the trans I believe, along with engine mounts.

But I havent swapped......YET!

someone with more experience can enlighten you better.

there is also i difference in car and truck throttle bodies not sure what it was but i know when i did my swap i ended up using my truck throttle body and as far as the oil pan and pick up tube you will have to use the trucks what are you doing about the harness missing a couple injector plugs right
