When I put my LS1, i had a 4.8L tune it for a week or two.

It will be fine, I drove my 6.0 around for a long time on a stock 4.8 tune with a cam a full bolt ons.. Might not drive the best, but will get ya where you have to go.. I would cam that bitch up before you put it in, because you will kick yourself in the *** when it is in and you want to add a cam...

yea i got a cam to put in it, but yea how long do u think i can run it though?

Default ls1 intake

I was reading that you install an ls1 engine using the intake from your old engine. Would you want to sell the intake setup from your ls1?
