so far all i have done is put exhaust, cutouts, intake. im doing a little at a time cuz of work. this is my daily driver and it is an extended cad. doesn't run very slow but its no LS1. i got a 14.61 at the track, not to impresive but ok. my bud said that he'll help tune for me.

no thats pretty good in an extended cab for just exhaust, cutouts, and an intake.. i have an exhaust im a reg cab, a little tune job and im down around 4100lbs and ill probably only run a 15.5 so thats pretty impressive

no thats quite good, i havent heard of a extended cab with that little mods even breakin 14s at all, or even a reg cab for that matter lol
i think you need to set a time on what you want... high 13s, low 13s, do you wanna break into the 12s?

ive heard LS2s are the same swap as an LS1 into the trucks but youlll have to get a couple more opinions on that.
as far as reachin 13s with wat your doing now i dont see that being to hard, you probably have 3.73s or 3.42s, id throw in a detroit with some 4.10s, pacesetter headers, a cam, tb stall and you should jump down to about mid 13s if not faster
