The titanium retainers are overated IMO. The behive springs have tiny retainers anyway. I twist mine to 6500 with no valve float. I'd go with the 216/220 at least if not bigger. I like a lot of cam. Oh and the stock hp on that motor is 350. 385 sounds about right for the tq.
