Question LS1 into a 2002 S-10 questions?

I have a friend who is wanting to put an LS1 into his 2002 S-10 Extreme. We are currious as to what all is envolved with the transplant? Is this something we could do fairly easy and inexpensive? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I saw that conversion on Trucks one weekend about a year ago I think. You might search there or there is always advance adapters or Street and Performance. I think you have to get the vette pan.

i'm not sure of the exact web address, but look for Lee's high tech, they do LS1/LT1 transplants, and sell the psrts to do so.

The guy I was talking about said it was his first time to go .. He seemed pretty kewl and mentioned something about stuffing a ls1 into his s10. It was a slick looking s10, real clean looking and had a gauge pod on the hood. Really clean install.
