You can use your truck fuel rails and injectors if you make some brackets to bolt the fuel rails down and modify the tip of the injector. Search for a LS6 swap thread by Kano. This is what he did.

You can use car injectors with a car fuel rail. If you have a 99-03 truck you will need a return style fuel rail and fuel regulator from a 97/98 Corvette. 04 and later trucks can use the more common returnless fuel rail. Of you could step up to a full aftermarket rail and regulator system. As Qwik said you will either have to cut and splice car injector plugs into your wiring harness, or I believe that adapters are made to skip the splicing.

Stock LS1 injectors are 28.8 lb/hr, and truck injectors are 24.7 lb/hr so you will need a retune or else you will be running very rich and your mileage will suck.

Search for Kano's LS6 swap thread. He used the truck fuel rails and injectors with a LS6 manifold. Same deal as a LS1 manifold.

if you got some money to spend..search my name for the ls1 intake swap..i used aluminum fuel rails, ls1 injectors, steel braided lines, all AN fittings, and an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, spent around 500 bucks on it all
