ls1 injectors on a 5.3

Has anyone put ls1 injectors on our engines? Will they work without pigtails?

Negative. Gotta use new pigtails and shim up the fuel rails. LS1 jectors are longer.

damn why cant anything be easy, I can get a set for 20 bucks and I just need some to use when I send my 31's out to get flowed and rebuilt.
