I took the terminal out of the connector, cut it off, used a new terminal and crimped both wires into it.

how had is it to wire them up to a manual on/off toggle switch??

superior harness company can get you a fan relay harness that look good try them you can go to there web

Not hard. Use the wire that would go to pin 42, and run it to a switch that goes to ground. If you need some help, PM me.

You can run it to both pin 42 and a manual switch to ground too for the best of both worlds.
