I will be going to Futral Motorsports to have a custom dyno tune with LS1 edit. I might change my gears (3.42s to 3.73s or 4.10s) and might want to change my tire size, shift points, etc. later down the road.
With LS1 edit tuning could I just change these things with the predator programmer or hpp3 without messing up the tuning?
Thanks

once you get LS1edit you will no longer have a need for the predator or HPP3. you can simply program yur computer with the predator or HPP3, save that file, then uninstall the program and sell it (if its a hypertech, predators are mated to the VIN for life).
if you don't already have a programmer save yur money and just get ls1edit. hypertech tuning is crap anyway.

No. What I'm saying is that I will have lS1 Edit tuning. BUT, if I want to change gears later, after driving for 5 hours to get it dyno tuned, can I change the gear settings with hpp3? I don't intend on using the hpp3 program. I just want to know if I can change the gear settings?

if futral will allow it(he should IMO) it would prolly be better to change it using LS1edit on yur personal laptop. i don't know if the HPP3 will override the ls1edit tuning or not
