what in the world is this?
I have a 5.3 truck, it aint an ls1 is it?
where do i get it?

Your truck motor is considered an LS1. LS1 Edit will work on your truck also.

Esentially it is a program and OBDII cable adapter that allows you to modify your stock PCM in a ton of different ways. It is kind of like an HPP3 or Predator on crack! You use a laptop to make the required changes then upload the new file into your PCM.

For a truck that will never see many mods I am not sure it is worth it but if you plan on any decent amount of mods I would recomend it over any other PCM tools IF you have a tuner in your area or have a decent amoutn of computer and car tuning knowledge.
