does anyone have any good hook up deals for the hp tuners? or where would be the best place to get it from? sorry so many questions im new at this stuff.

Again ... the only place to get that is from the source .... www.hptuners.com

You can adjust everything in EDIt that you can with HPTuners.

how much power can u expect on a fairly stock silverado with a hp tuner if you adjust it correct, and would it still be street legal?

yes it would still be street legal.
I would say anywhere from 10- 40 hp depending on what you have done.
this is just an guess, each truck/motor will act diffrently

I would hate to say anything about power gains. that would depend greatly on your skill and ability to tune.

As long as you don't mess with any of the emmisions stuff, you won't have any problem passing emissions.
