Default LS1 cam in 5.3

Anyone know anything about putting a LS1 cam in a 05 5.3 is it worth it or not? and what range it will start pulling good?

Total waste of time.. LS6 might be worth the trouble if you can get one cheap.. LS1 PS stay away from regrinds

Thanks guys..had a chance to buy one out of my buddys ls1 real cheap and i wanted to check up here first
