I ordered the LQ9 for my Yukon today and need to get the final specs nailed down so I can order everything else. Either today or one day next week I am going to take my 243 heads a drop them off at the machine and have them worked. They are doing a 5 angle valve job, full CNC port, opening the combustion chamber to 4", and milling the heads to get 11.3 CR. With an uncut iron 6.0 block, stock MLS gaskets, and the bottom end never having been apart nor the heads never cut on how much should I get them milled? I'm going to order BTR Stage 2 LS1/LS2 camshaft per Brian's recommendation it's 227/234 .617 .576 113+2. With that cam and with the heads milled to achieve an 11.3 CR would my dynamic compression ratio be safe and how would the motor compare to a stock LS2?
