I got a comp 265 for nice torque. It's @ 560 lift, 212/ 218, degreed to 111. Or if you want a little more top end maybe try a TSP 220?

you dont need much with a lift 35" tires and probably stock gearing...you would probably do beter with the stock one IMO if thats all like you said you where going to do...if you must hear something go flippity flop like most of us then then no no bigger then 212...but again with a stock set up and all that tall gear youve aded the stock cam will perform much better all the way around from the SS...I beleive thats a Vette cam in that motor anyway

the oil cooler lines are on the lq9 and in good condition, maybe run a aftermarket oil cooler? or i saw this one on ebay. looks like it will hook up with stock connections. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevy...Q5fAccessories, and it looks like a nice unit, and a nice price

I actuallt bought the 450 hp oil cooler from jeggs and havent put it on yet because mine came with the same thing ...i used the block off plate from the 4.8 and it works fine...its really up to you ...a tranny cooler will serve you better and should go on before the oil cooler ...if youre doing a lot of towing it wouldn hurt ....or by the ne w radiator with the oil lines plumbed in already ...there is a place in Dallas that sells them for 140 bux new...Ill sell you mine if you have to have on its new in the box and will support 450 HP I have all fittings hoses and everything for a direct bolt up to youre application ... but yea just prefernece and they do work
