I looked it up at partszoneonline.com and it was just more than $3500

I buy a lot of parts from my local dealer. $3200 delivered and probably could have gotten it down to $3000 but didn't want to use up all my leverage on it.

Now I have to figure out which cam to slip in it before installing. I'm not satisfied with the CompCam (see sig.)that I just put in the 99 with 6.0. It just doesn't make power above 5600 rpm and too much bottem end for Yank3000 and 4.10 gearing. Any suggestions?

How high do you want to spin it?

It sounds like you want something between a Thunder Racing 220 and 224 cam. I'd lean towards the 220 cam myself, but you'll make a little more power with the 224. Get it with 4 degrees advance and on a 114 LSA.

Anybody for cam suggestions? Anybody shifting a 6.0 at 6000 or higher without power adders? Will the truck intake actually support enough air flow on a 6.0 to make good horsepower without a radical cam?
