LQ9/4L60E bogging during shift

Default LQ9/4L60E bogging during shift

1-2 and 2-3 shifts bog and sputter when the drivetrain is cold. Not a clue what might be causing this. Besides the FE being a little low it runs real smooth when it's warm.

Any thoughts??
