Default LQ4 or LQ9 swap suggestions.

As the title says Im in the process of gathering parts to swap out a 4.8 to a 6.0. As of now my plans are to go with the lq9 if I can get a hold of one. With the parts the I have plan to get will there be a big difference between the lq4 and lq9?

I have a set of 243/799 heads milled .030 and a TBSS intake mani. I also got a cam specd,
222/226 .604/.601 112 lsa +4. with BTR dual .660 with Ti retainers. 7.375 pushrods.

What are your guys thoughts and is there something that you would do different.

I suggest spending the extra money and going lq9. I was calling around yesterday, and its looking like 0-300 dollar difference between the two. I have a friend that has a 04 RCSB, Lq4 w/ LTs, and tune, as well as another friend with 06 RCSB, tune only (both BB tunes). I personally feel like the LQ9 has more low end, and after some fun runs yesterday, the stock LQ9 nosed out the LQ4 even with it having LTs.

I know that the lq9 will have more power than the lq4, but will the power gains be really noticeable between each?

Just get LQ9 pistons of you end up getting a LQ4. Milled heads will make up the rest.
