Default lq4 bolt ons

I have a 99 Silverado 2500 4x4 with the lq4 6.0L
I'm wanting to know friendly budget or junkyard bolt ons I can do. Would lq9 317 heads do good. I love the lsx-t intake but not budget friendly. Any ideas? I'm just interested in intake manifold, heads, cams, throttle body. I already plan on Lt headers and custom tune. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Being your trucks a 99 it has iron heads. Swapping to 317s will gain some flow/HP or 243/799s will gain some power also a compression bump. Since the heads are off swap lifters and cam. Cam choice depending on your needs!
LT headers are worth the gain.

All depends on your needs and budget how far to go!

What's the difference in 317 and 243 heads? Both aluminum? I want a cam that's gonna have a decent lope but still have my low end torque. Its my daily deal driver. The nnbs intake is it a truck or car intake?

Where's a good place to buy these cheaper. Junkyards have them? With the nnbs intake do I need new injectors or will my stock ones work. Will my stock pushrods work with this setup?

Nnbs intake is in the newer gm trucks, here's a link, might be a little bit different for a 99's "how-to" 03-07c NBS TBSS/NNBS intake swap - Chevy Truck Forum | GMC Truck Forum - GmFullsize.com

Stock injectors will work but you will need to modify ur fuel rail and push rods will also work but if you have future plans for 500+ hp you should upgrade them anyways when/if u do a head swap.

this sounds like a very good setup but I would add a 3200-3600 converter

You will need injectors!
I run 31s in my 6.0 bored 30 over with a 224cam
And full bolt ons.
I am at 100% duty cycle at 6300rpms on 31s.
Stock will not cut it !
