LQ4 (6.0) out of a van????

Default LQ4 (6.0) out of a van????

so i have found a few lq4 6.0s to swap but they were all out of chevy vans .... not sure if there is anything diiferent from the lq4s in the vans or the lq4s in the trucks... also in know that i need a 02 or newer lq4 to bolt up to the 4l60. but i herd that about the trucks soooo not sure what tranny the vans had any info on the ole van lq4s would be GREAT!

they should be ok as long as they r 01+ since the 00 and older had the longer crank. there will be a spacer on the backside u need to take off if u gonna run a 60e other than that u should be fine. i believe all vans are equipped with 6.0/4l80e setups so ull need to reuse ur 5.3 harness. ull prob need an oil cooler blockoff plate as well which r cheap and easily avail at the dealership. other than that their stock intake tube was diff, but i doubt thats included anyways. get a tune and ur good to go.
