Default LQ4 6.0 Fires up Then Dies!!

04 Silverado turbo 6.0. This summer I had an oil pump failure on the dyno with the 5.3, spun about every bearing so out with the 5.3 and found a 6.0. i swapped everything sensors from the 5.3 to the 6.0. Everything went together good and go to fire it up and it fires right up and dies right away. Hooked my HP tuners to it and the scanner showed no DTCs or anything, no security lights or anything. I disabled VATS to - none on HP and still no luck. I double checked all my grounds and sensor plugs. Crank sensor is working and reading RPM just fine. Checked all fuses in the engine bay. Fuel pumps prime and have good fuel pressure. I just don't see anything out of the ordinary and don't know what now.

The odd thing about this is when I did the 5.3 turbo build and went to fire it up for the first time I did the same exact thing as its doing with the new 6.0 in it. I found out my injector data was off and got that fixed and it fired right up and got it to the dyno where it was dialed in really good and then we lost oil pressure and everything went to hell. So when I parked the truck to tear down and build the 6.0 it was in perfect idle/running condition as far as the tune.

Need your guys help! Thanks

Post the tune and maybe a log file.

Just for reference what are some of the parts you used. Like injectors, map sensor. Running o2 sensors etc etc. Just gives us more information to go by to make sure the tune is right.

Did you compensate for the larger displacement in the tune?

I did not compensate for the larger displacement. I need to get it running and back on the dyno.

FIC 1000 injectors. 3 BAR LS1 style efi source map sensor. Running just front O2s deleted rears. But I never changed anything in the tune or anything else in my setup except for displacement with my new 6.0 build.

Hopefully that tune file works.

Did you write entire when you disabled VATS?

Yeah, change cylinder volume to .74590.

Are you still running E85?
