Default Lq4 4x4 Cam

Need help finding a cam for the motor ive been putting together for my 1992 k1500.

Ive got a 2004 6.0L that is being rebuilt with ls2 pistons and rods. The truck is just a driver, i drive it alot, beat the hell out of it and i pretty much just want this thing to last.
Im looking for a cam that will allow me to run STOCK converter(4l80e), doesnt effect the gas milage alot. and has torque down low(rarely tow).
Also low lift? Not sure how long double valve springs last..?

I would find a ls6 cam and yellow springs. It will idle like silk, and have great all around power with a 6.0l
