Reading over the install steps, looks like I also need:

1) front cover gasket
2) front crank seal
3) new crank bolt

Else I think I have everything covered.

When swapping cams on the trucks, does the radiator have to come out or is there enough room with it still in the truck?

I believe you do have to pull the radiator to have enough room to slide the cam out. I think you can leave the condenser though, or at least leave it hooked up and move it enough out of the way.

The radiator comes out very easily. The worst part is losing all the coolant. I used the hose off of a compression tester and pressurized the cylinder through the spark plug hole with a compressor to hold the valve up.

Which has to be drained anyways, because you will be removing the water pump.
