LPP Exhaust installation, do I simply ignore the two rear o2 sensors?

completely seperate . . . headers get plenty hot on they own!
High mileage O2 sensors will do that. The cold start "heater." It's actually the pre-heat (heater) that you're talking about.
The O2s will work great, but on cold starts is where the issues are.

Yeah I have had several set codes because the heater element was bad in them but all this does is get them up to oporating temperature quicker on cold startup so the computer can start reading off of them and go into closed loop. I have never heard of them setting a code of not being hot enough once they are up to oporating temperature though.

I've read of a couple of guys having problems with "Insufficient Heater Temp" codes and the Vette 02 sensor trick...there's a Bosch Vette 02 sensor PN floating around here somewhere, I have it written down at home.
I had this code once after my LT's were already on for a few years, figured that my R/S O2 sensor heater went bad, it's pretty common. Cleared the code for kicks and it didn't come back on for the few months that the truck was running before the trans blew lol
