Low oil pressure on startup

Low oil pressure on startup
Has anyone recieved a low oil pressure on startup? Right now my truck has a tough time getting started. I have to rev it @ ~1500-2000 rpms to get it to what seems a "warm" state and then the engine goes up to the set oil pressure. The oil pressure is set to 40psi at idle and 60psi on throttle. Any ideas are appreciated.
