Default Low oil Pressure

Low oil pressure 6.0L t76 front mount

Truck idles at 40 psi when cold, it comes down to 20 psi when it warms up. its a stock 6.0 stock cam. Wont go past 40 psi at WOT

Tried going to heavier oil 15-40 didnt help, changed out the O ring on the pick up tube, It has a new GM oil pump

Checked the pressure manually thru the -4 fitting on the turbo feed line which is coming from the side of the block, and it reads correct

Anything else i have missed? Bad Cam bearing?

How many miles does it have? If it ha a ton of miles could be the clearances opening up some on the rod/main bearings. Just my .02
