doesn't this just command a/f ratio of 14.xx? If hptuners even sends me my damn eio interface cable I can log my a/f to see where i'm at. Can't do any tuning without the cable. It's been over 2 weeks. grrrrrrrrr

the pe enrichment rate is for tip in kr, there is a delay on pe enrichment (only on trucks) 1 means give me all the fuel now. Your probably mashing the gas and seeing kr because your not getting enoigh fuel right away. I learned this from jimmyblue and it got rid of my tip in kr. But if your driving down the road at steady tps and get kr that isnt tip in. Once you get hp tuners I would tune the ve in SD that will knock alot of it out if you still have some start looking at the timing tables and nail down the maf.
Just my .02 Im no expert look over in the pcm section it has all the info you could ever want

Keep us posted because i sure want to know how to get rid of it.
I dont like desensitizing the sensors its just curing the symptom not the cause if an engine is really tuned right you should be able to leave that section alone. Ive learned the trim levels really say alot they tell you if the air is moving right or being accounted for. I think its in the maf and ve tuning thats causing the problems cruising along with little change, before I tuned my ve table I had the same issues. Its just that now the weather has changed the maf error is probably being exploited by really high temp, moisture etc its thinking preemptively "Im gonna kill the knock before it gets here"

My trims are -1.6% on both. Im assuming I read these at idle?? They seem to change depending on the TPS. If I hold steady throttle they are still in the negetive range of -1 to -3.

My problem sounds just like Jerry2500's. Weird??? I have always had KR but it has never shown up under cruise conditions as it does now!!

Thanks 02sierraz71_5.3, setting pe enrichment rate to 1 worked. Cleared all KR at the 5psi setting. Now at 10psi i still have KR but not at tip in. It comes in a little later. I just need to richen it up a little at the top end and that should clear it up. Thanks again

glad it worked out for you jerry, im not familiar with tuning fi engines but i bet if you run some race gas you can turn up the boost with no kr
