I've been doing some Mad Scientist experiments in the shop with a LQ4/LQ9 intake and a 2005 SSR intake manifold (90mm TB flange on the basic LQ4 set up). I need some guys with some mods done to do some testing.

The two intakes I'm trying to gather some data are two radically modified intake manifolds. Both should provide better hi rpm breathing for trucks with cams and headers. If you have these mods and are interested, then shoot me a PM.

This is not a sales pitch and it is not a sponsorship conflict. These intakes are not for sale. I've just done some work that needs R&D from the type of heavy hitter trucks that are on this forum. If the work can be validated then we'll see about forum sponsorship and a follow on real production run. In the meantime, I have two experimental intakes that need to be validated or trashed

I've received a couple of PM's... a good start.

I'm looking for the guy who already has heads, cam, and headers and is considering one of the alternative intake manifolds. These are intakss that have been cut open and had the plenum and upper runners reworked and then resealed. Looks stock outside... nothing like stock on the inside.
