Default Looking for info on Cam Selection

Hey Guys,
I have a Trailblazer SS with the LS2. Mods are Intake, Tune, Efans, UDP and a Vig 3600 stall. Truck has stock 4.10's in it. Next on my list of mods is a cam and LT header upgrade. I have been doing tons of research on here etc, but I would like to get some info and opinions from the gurus on here. Cams I am currently looking at are the TR220, TR224 on a 112 (or something very similar from another company). I was also looking at cams in the area of 220/224 on a 112 with similar lift.

My first question is what would be the differences in performance etc of getting the TR220/TR224 on a 112 LSA vs a 114 LSA?

I am not looking for a cam to produce really high HP in the upper rpms as we all know these trucks are very heavy and require alot of low end and mid range torque/power to keep them moving. So my second question is to you guys think I am on the right track with my cam decision or do you have any other suggestions. This is my daily driver but I am looking for a cam that will give me the most performance gain in the 1/4 mile while still being streetable, and I dont care about a choppy idle.

I am open to suggestions and thanks in advance.

With that big of a stall a TR224 would be just fine. Usually what makes the cam so unstreetable is the lack of torque and and people having to go with a higher stall to compensate for it, then the stall being too high is what makes it seem unstreetable.
Since you already have this covered, the TR224 would be just fine. I am sure people will even suggest bigger with that stall and a 6.0L.

I was just concerned that the 224 would be a little to aggressive and the powerband would be more on the higher end which wouldnt benefit as much.
