Keep you stock lifters, ret, locks, exc. Depending on the lift of the cam, you could run the ls-6 springs, or or if more then 550 lift you will need at least the comp 918's

Is that a TR220? If so, you're going to need something like the Comp 918's since it uses Comp XER lobes which have an agressive ramp rate and require a spring with more seat pressure. If it's a Crane grind with around .55x lift, the LS6 springs should suffice as the lobes are easier on the valvetrain. Not sure what Lunati or Cam Motion would require...
