I'm looking for the least amount of travel. Something efficient enough, that a cut-out would lend only a few ponies.

With the stock reverse split pattern camshaft, you can only benefit. To an extent of course.

You guys should check out what long tube headers/ory/cut out can provide to a reverse pattern camshaft on a n-a motor.

A dyno I witnessed showed 40rwhp. 70 with nitrous. This was a 'larger' reverse pattern btw, not stock.

The one complaint I've heard about that kind of exhaust, is that the one rim gets real dirty compared to the others. That's just the price you pay I guess.

FLOWMASTER FORCE II CATBACK on my 99' GMC short bed, a nice deep sound.


And the pipes just rusted away from the muffler after 4.5 years and 66K miles......time for another exhaust & headers too!
