one thing I notices because of the pics posted, is that the TOGs dont seem as long as ASMs, more like a mid length. But they may be longer than Hamm or LaPole's... I'm not sure, they do look like a nice piece, and i I like how they change tubing size to equalize flow. The collector area doesn't seem as nice as the ASMs however. I don't think there has been a perfect header out yet, but then again, the quality and beauty is in the eye of the buyer. It all depends in what you want, how your luck is on the install etc. Some people had a bitch of a time with the dipstick tube... Mine was GRAVY.

What are those plug wires show in the pics? I have MSDs and the end of the boot touches the header. I think I may get some of the covers them, unless there are some with a smaller boot, or something different. Any ideas?

I like the collector on the TOG's. They come with a thick donut gasket that seals good as long as you can get it straight.

Those wires on the uncoated pic are Taylor wires. The others are stock. Can you turn the boot some to get them off the headers?

nope, the boot is long as hell on the MSDs, my friend that I did my header install at has a set of boot covers or whatever they are. I think I'll find them on jegs or somewhere and get them in before I screw a set of the msds up. If they go to **** on me I dont know what I'll get.

i'll be getting some full length Clear Image Tri-Y's ... well once theyve made them that is... they are just now getting into the LS1 market after dominating the LT1 market for Impala SS's.

the headers are still going through R&R.. should hopefully be ready by the end of Jan.
