Default long tubes and running rich???

i put some dynatech long tubes with high flow cats on a couple of months ago, i haven't decided which tuner to buy yet (probably monday, going with HP) the tahoe seems to be running a bit rich using an extreme amount of fuel. i can imagine this is from the exhaust change, how easy will it be for a tuner to help??? thanks

One of the many problems caused by LT's. Everyone has a different experience with LT's. Im a year later since my LT'sremoving cats, and custom tubing and Im still hvaing problems. Get HPTuners!

Mine did too. Tune helped but my stock injectors are running at 99% so I'm going 8.1 injectors with the head/cam swap.

Am I reading this right,
maxed out the stock injectors without boost?
Is your AFR decent?

i would almost bet that i could make flames come out of my exhaust when she is cold. i'm sure i am still getting around 12-14 on the highway, but driving city, i can almost watch the fuel gauge move. also, i have noticed, even when it warms up, i have almost no bottom end when coming off the line. going into passing gear at around 30 or 35 she screams and throughs you into the seat, not like before. hopefully a tune will get things going the right way, thanks
