Default Long Block Swap

Is it possible to swap a 4.8L longblock for a 6.0L longblock with no modifications other than to the computer? Just a direct swap?

Yep, and you can even run with the stock computer. The only thing that could be an issue is if you have a 99 model 6.0L as they had a different flywheel mating surface on the crankshaft that can cause clearance issues.
