2000, 2wd, ecsb. i see other codes and what not. how many types of 5.3s are there?

 

Only codes I know are
LR4 = 4.8
LM7 = 5.3
LS1 = 5.7
LQ4 = 6.0
LQ9 = 6.0 - High Compression

 

There is a High Output 5.3 that was introduced in 2005. It's only available on extended cab models and rated at 310 hp. I think the code for the 5.3 H.O. is L33. Since you are referring to a 2000 5.3, it is a LM7.

 

just checking, cause i heard of a 5.3 that was called a l33. wasnt sure. already made an *** outta myself thinking it was a lq4 since the 6.o was the lq9. moron huh?
