224 and 3200 circle d 278mm gonna be lazy
Step up to a 9.5 inch 3600

I would go 212/218 tho. My old setup went 13.8s on that cam and 3000 stall.

For a lower rpm powerband on the 212/218 would you go low lift or high lift I'm getting rid the low lift is great for torque all over the board on a 114 lsa or a 112 lsa I'm definitely gearing it and getting a converter

Ill suggest the tried and true Isky 212/.561"/112lsa. That cam with my stock 862 heads milled a little have given my about 40hp over stock. Drives just fine with stock stall. Only thing holding me back some is a knock sensor issue im having.

I'd go 212/218 high lift with the ls9 springs on a 114 lsa.
