limitations of LY6 intake and injectors

limitations of LY6 intake and injectors
I have an 08 ly6 that I want to put in my 01 rcsb , with 4l80 & 149 t -case. For now just a ls9 cam eventually a front mount t76. Should I even bother with stock intake or step up even before the turbo?
