Default "Like a Rock!!!"

Built CHEVY Tough!!!

Had to re-gravel some of our driveway so I payed a little stop to our local materials place Saturday. Loaded up with two frontloader buckets full of limestone gravel and weighed out. Total load.....4,970lbs. The 8.1 and Allison handled it like nothing was there.

Thanks, I exceeded GM's payload limit by a mere 1,817lbs. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Those are LT285/75/16 BFG A/T's.

I had them up to 55psi for that load.

40-45. I generally stay closer to 40 in order to keep the tires from crowing as much on that skinny factory wheel.

Badass truck! Glad to see how it didn't squat very much even with that oversized load!

Sweet, Shouldn't that be "like a whole bunch of rocks"? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
