Default Lightnings for $37,000?

I went with my friend to Fairway Ford in Southern California because he is looking for a truck. We got there and they had the new SC Harley Davidson F-150's and those things are sweet. They were selling it for 37,450. Then I went over and looked at the three Lightnings they had there and sticker price was 31,574 I think. Then I looked right next to the sticker and they had a "market price adjustment=37,000" I want to know who would pay $37,000 for a lightning, when they could get a HD F-150 for $500 more. Don't get me wrong, both of those trucks look great as well as haul a**, but a $6,000 mark up on a Lightning, come on. I hate to see the mark up on the new 03 Cobras when the come out.

What a joke! '01 Lightnings could be bought new here in the DFW area for just under $29,000. I know that I didn't pay sticker for my '01 L. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Anyone that pays $37,000 for a Lightning needs to have their head examined.
