There is a company that is using my truck as an advertisment for there business, and they dont have permission, as a matter of fact I told the owner of this business that he had no right to use my **** for advertisment, unless I am paid for it. What kind of leagl recourse is there for him doing that? First, scoop up a few of the things that have your truck on them. Then I would think you would be able to sue due to the fact he is using your property for his bussiness. I don't know the specifics, but he should have to ask your permission and you sign a waiver giving him your permission.
