flyer try this technique at the track. on slicks get into the water box and just scuff the tires so that they can get wet. then move up to where there is more rubber and start your burn out. do a good one but it is impt. to finish your burnout right after the other guy in the lane finishes his and then line up and stage that way your tires and still hot. don't do any dry hops. the technique i use and most guys use is stall as high as you can usually around 2500rpms until you are about to feel the rear tires spin. with this technique i have never spun and i know of guys using this same technique and hooking with a 175shot right off the line and they are running low 12s. hope this helps
