installed the cam and heads, the electric fans were a bitch, but only cuz i was drunk by then i think. the forged pistons and crank were a great addition, especially now that i've installed the nitrous kit. i put in a floor shifter for the automatic last night, it looks kick ***. later y'all <img border="0" alt="[Truck]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_truck.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

97 lt1 z28 fans, and a z06 cam, i have another cam from my 98 ta, but it's to big for the truck the way it is. <img border="0" alt="[Truck]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_truck.gif" />

4.117" on the pistons, and it's a 4340 crank....it's a running bastard now <img border="0" alt="[Truck]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_truck.gif" />

Whose piston and what stroke are you running?
Whats the displacment?

the cam from my 98 ta wasn't a stock cam, it was a huge cam, .060, 255/265 .600, like i said, a little to big for the truck <img border="0" alt="[Truck]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_truck.gif" />

LOL!!! a 255/265 .600/.600 cam huh???? so what did u end up setting your idle at to keep an idle with a cam that big? 1500? 2000? <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />
