What do you mean by not clocked right?

I had a garage hook the harness up. Theyre only answer was because i put 2012 parts in a 2007. I could have another garage take a look i suppose.

The plug on the end of the harness and its mate look the same but the harness has a lip so it wont fit

 

Somewhere around 2010ish they changed from delphi to bosch connectors... As far as not clocked right i meant somehow had it twisted a hole off thinking maybe it was on ground for some reason.... Saw a guy do that in the truck one time... Whoh harbess are you using the, new or old???

 

Would the delphi to bosch change effect me if i have the harness that came with the new drive train? Everything i bought came from the same vehicle
